Ajay Ravichandran graduated from the University of Chicago in June of 2012 with a B.A. in philosophy before joining the Heckman team in early July. He is still trying to figure out what sort of administrative hierarchy is best suited to coordinating the work of computer files and paper contracts. When not engaged in fruitless efforts to exert his authority over the data he's supposed to be managing, Ajay enjoys yoga, ethnic cuisines (eating, not cooking), and reading political blogs.
